Wednesday: Spin session

Thursday: Swim

Friday: Run

Saturday: Bike ride

Spring 2021 Practice Schedule:

Monday:  Zoom yoga @ 6:00pm

Tuesday:  Zoom bodyweight @ 5:15pm

Thursday: Zoom bodyweight @ 5:15pm

Friday: Zoom yoga @ 7:30am

COVID-19 Guidelines:

To comply with Yale’s COVID-19 guidelines, we are not holding official in-person workouts, although members are encouraged to organize workouts individually through our group chat. By Fall 2021, we should be back to our normal schedule.
